Born in 2001, Charles Milesi is the youngest driver in Alpine’s 2024 line-up having quickly established himself as one of Endurance racing's brightest talents. After a remarkable debut in single-seaters, the Frenchman took up the challenge of a full FIA World Endurance Championship season in 2021, where he demonstrated the extent of his talent by winning the LMP2-class world title and 24 Hours of Le Mans in his first campaign. Truly a dream debut alongside fellow A424 driver Ferdinand Habsburg.
After a campaign with the Signatech-operated Richard Mille Racing Team, Charles switched to Alpine in 2023 and rewarded our faith with another podium in Monza. It proved a perfect step on the ladder to a top-tier Hypercar drive in 2024, Alpine Endurance Team reaffirming our confidence in Charles by recruiting one of the fastest and most exciting young drivers on the grid as we aim to conquer this new mountain.
“I'm delighted to continue my adventure in the Alpine family for another year in 2024, this time in a Hypercar,” Charles says. “I was lucky enough to be involved in the car's development, and it has been hugely rewarding to see the project evolve up close. There's still work to do, but we've made good progress and are on the right track. Everyone looks forward to the first race in Qatar and, more importantly, to seeing the Alpine Hypercar on the grid for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.”
