Our recall campaigns aim to protect you before problems appear on your vehicle by identifying and dealing with any technical issues in your Alpine dealership.
Step 1

Step 2
Make an appointment with your dealer who will replace the parts affected by the recall campaign, free of charge and as quickly as possible.
Step 3
Bring your car in to get it repaired. The dealer will take care of your vehicle as quickly as possible.

When Alpine identifies a product that constitutes a potential risk in terms of safety or regulations, potentially affected vehicles will be recalled. Customers are informed by registered letter to get their vehicles checked and if applicable realigned free of charge by an Alpine representative.
Your VIN (Vehicule Identification Number) is written on your registration certificate, or at the bottom of your windscreen. It contains 17 characters.
Contact your dealer who will take care of your vehicle free of charge and as quickly as possible.
