Mobilize Power Solutions supports you step by step, from ordering to installing your charging solution. Take advantage of the Mobilize Powerbox Uno charging station, offering adaptable power up to 22 kW, adapted to your electrical configuration and your vehicle's charging capacity. This charging station is connected and manufactured in France. Order your terminal directly from our dealership and benefit from a fixed price, including both the equipment and home installation. Our technical teams will install your charging solution before your vehicle is delivered, within 45 working days of your order.

With Mobilize Charge Pass, you can charge your Alpine A290 easily anywhere in Europe at over 800,000 public charging points, including the ultra-high-power Ionity network. On the My Alpine app, quickly locate the nearest charging station and consult its characteristics: price, charging power and type of socket. Simply plug in your Alpine A290 at a Plug & Charge* terminal: charging and payment start automatically.
Opt for the free BASIC package or the INTENSE package at €4.99/month, with no commitment4, which offers you very attractive rates on fast charging on the Ionity network.
A Mobilize Charge Pass will be given to you free of charge upon delivery of your Alpine A290.
* Plug & Charge function available later, only on compatible vehicles and compatible DC stations. Function to be activated in the vehicle application.
Cables and equipment to suit your needs
Your questions about electric vehicles
A290 is fitted as standard with a mode 3 type 2 cable, allowing you to connect to your home charging point or any public charging point (in AC, over 90% of public charging points in France).
Equip yourself with a Mode2 "Flexicharger "* cable to charge your A290 occasionally, or in the absence of a dedicated charging solution, using a reinforced green up 3.7kW socket. With this cable on this plug, you'll recover around 200 km in 1 night.
All versions are fitted as standard with a DC fast charger (maximum peak power 100kw) compatible with high-power charging points on motorways and in some shopping centres. No additional cable is needed for this charging mode, as the cables are attached to the charging station. Just like filling up at the pump.
The charging cable supplied with A290 measures 6.5 m.
The charging hatch is located on the front left-hand side.
Use a Mode2 "Flexicharger "* cable to connect A290 to a conventional 2.3 kW domestic socket. This charging mode may only be suitable for occasional use or in the absence of a dedicated charging solution. With this cable on this plug, you'll recover around 130 km in 1 night. For greater speed and safety, install a 7 or 22 kW home charging point! With Mobilize power solutions, Renault offers you the home charging solution you need, without worrying about installation.
Charge your Alpine 100% electric:
- At home, plug it into a domestic socket (reinforced or standard) or your wall-mounted charging point. Mobilize power solutions assists you with the installation of your home charging solution. Order the latter when you purchase your new Alpine at a dealership.
- On the road, stop at one of the many public charging points. In a rush? Try the quick charge stations. Use the route planner to locate the nearest station and then use Mobilize charge pass to pay easily at most public stations.
Charging time varies depending on the selected configuration. Standard charge: at home or at a public charging station, A290's standard charge recovers up to 70km of range in 1 hour, allowing you to fully charge overnight (7 to 10 hours depending on the battery). This charging mode is also compatible with all public charging stations, including DC fast charging stations (mainly on motorways), to recover up to 150 km WLTP in 15 min at peak power of 100 kW.
From your My Alpine app, check the charge level of your A290 remotely. Need to charge at home? Charge your vehicle remotely from your smartphone. Use Mobilize smart charge to plan your charge, take advantage of off-peak rates and save money!
DC 100 kw fast charging is possible on the road, and allows you to recover up to 150 km WLTP of range in 15 minutes. For optimum use of fast charging, we recommend charging the battery only when it has less than 20% of its range remaining, and if it's a stopover on a long journey, not waiting for 100%, but going to around 80/85% to optimize stopping time/running time.
Charging costs vary depending on the operator. Billing methods also vary, either charging by kW, charging time or by charging speed (on fast charge stations). To optimize your charging on the road, the Google maps route planner embedded in your Alpine Portal offers you the best route configuration: taking into account the battery and its range according to the vehicle's charge, road conditions, identification and availability of charging stations (types of stations and associated tariffs).
The trip planner allows you to condition the battery (by automatically heating or cooling it before stopping), to make rapid charging as efficient as possible (available as standard).
